1. Why shipping a battery need 5~11 days?

  • If the battery is in stock in local warehouse, customer can receive it in 5 days.
  • If the local warehouse is out of stock, the battery will be shipped by air from our international e-commerce warehouse.
  • As "IATA Lithium Batteries as Cargo in 2016 Update" reason ( http://www.iata.org/whatwedo/cargo/dgr/Documents/lithium-battery-update.pdf ), Most flight to cannada refused all battery pacakge. Only few Cargo flights can take battery package arrived here.

Common causes of delays in battery packages:

  • Out of stock, it needs to be transferred from the supplier.
  • There is a question about the order, and the customer’s assistance is required to reconfirm whether the purchase is correct.
  • Flight or flight space shortage.
